Zain of Tiram Travel

I'm really not sure whether he tried to be funny, lalok, forgetful or naive. Only a week before, he asked for a letter if Pak Ngah, Mak Ngah and Kak Iza would like to pull out.

Today, when I came in to make full settlement for Mak Lang, he totally forgot about the letter (well, which is GOOD for me and not that I'm complaining anyhow) and the best part is he deducted the amount with deposit paid for the three cancelling persons.
