Bayar... bayar... bayar!

Kawan-kawan sekalian... nak tanya sikit. Aku bayar tiap-tiap bulan, maintenance fee sebanyak RM135. Kemudiannya, aku terima penyata menuntut bayaran untuk sinking fund sebanyak RM22++ sebulan. Memang ada bayaran untuk sinking fund dan juga maintenance fee? Lah... tak termasuk dalam maintenance fee ke? Gempar lah!

Sudahlah bil air ada amaun minima! Aku kena bayar RM12 untuk dua bulan biarpun aku guna 3 unit yang kosnya tidak sampai RM6. Gempar lagi!!!

Lagi kunjungan istimewa!

Terima kasih kerana sudi datang. Rindu juga pada si kembar Farhad dan Farhan serta adik perempuan mereka iaitu Maryam. According to their mother, Ju, their grandparents came over yesterday and brought all three of them home to Muar.

Tidak mengapa, lain kali bawalah budak-budak, datang bermain di kolam renang yang tidak seberapa itu. Hehehe...

Would like to thank this opportunity to thank all attendees to my housewarming parties. As you maybe aware, I've organised three parties, on 26 May 2007, 27 May 2007 and 2 June 2007. Insya-Allah, will have two more for different sets of attendees, tentatively end of this month or in August 2007.

And I hope no one got cirit from consuming food at my events. Ada ke? Hopefully, you guys enjoyed the food as much as I enjoyed preparing most of them. Unfortunately, I did not have any pictures of them, except my Old Trafford Grilled Chicken (And thanks to Maya for this picture and the plates are sponsored by Usop, my ex-housemate).

And guys... thanks for the ole-oles too. Buat susah-susah saja. Apa-apa pun, terima kasih daun keladi ya... I really appreciate it very, very much. Insya-Allah, if time permits, will post up pictures of the lovely gifts.

Housewarming Party

Insya-Allah, I'll be having my housewarming party for my third group of friends tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully, this time I won't forget to take some pictures of the event.
